Easter Sunday

April 4th was a day of various celebrations and milestones. It was General Conference for my church. My Sister's 27th birthday! My daughter turned five months, and her first Easter. And of course it was Easter the celebration of Christ's resurrection.
On Easter Matt's family has a tradition of going to his cousin Marnie's house. She always has a lovely brunch. With such yummy food more then anything one could eat. Salads, shrimp, french toast, bacon, ham, frattias, veggies, fruit, cheese, sodas, etc. Everyone sits around eating and chatting. Then comes the fun of the Easter egg hunt. Since it snowed that morning we had it in their basement. So Emme with the help from mom, her seconds Aspen, Christian, and Stockton found tons of eggs. Some with candy, others with prizes(a bunny, a pair of purple vans tennis shoes) and even one with five dollars for her piggy bank. The candy was donated to mom and dad since Emme has no teeth yet, but was happy with bit of bread. Emme looked so cute in her lavender and white dress. She quickly kicked off her shoes and spit up on her white sweater but she always looked cute. She had more with being passed around from cousins, Grandma, Aunts, and other family members. She was so tired and excited from it all, she is still recovering.
