It is hard to believe little Alex is three months already. He has changed so much since he was born. He is still a red head with a temper to match and deep blue eyes. He has not stopped growing for an instant. He is 24.6 inches as of Wednesday and 16 pounds. He has outgrown all his three month clothes. Which ironically is what everyone seems to have given us. He is too tall for them and we have had to move on to 6 months even though they are baggy on him. Three month pants are capris and he can't put his legs straight in any things with feet. He needs to stop growing so fast. He has also started to teeth. He drools constantly and chews on his hands like they are dipped in chocolate. No signs of teeth yet but his gums are white and sometimes he doesn't calm unless he has teething tablets. He still is up every three to four hours at night. We are hoping so he will sleep more at night but with teething early all bets are off. He enjoys playing on the floor for a while. He can roll onto his side. He hates tummy time. He refuses to try. He will pull his arms out and just scream till I pick him up. He loves to be held and cuddled. He smiles and giggles for anyone who will pay attention to him. He loves sounds except his sisters yelling. The girls have been doing really well with him. They are gentle, sing and rock him. We have had to remind them not to give him toys. So far we have been pretty lucky with it. So far Alex's heart remains the same. The left side is enlarged and his aorta is very narrow. He still has a pretty noticeable murmur. The only thing that has changed is the hole has closed on it own. He has another echo when he is a year to see about surgery. Until then he is being watched closely. He is such a sweet little boy and we love him dearly.
