A couple weeks ago we were able to drive up to Washington and see my family. (well some of it) It was nice since we hadn't seen them in a couple months. And Matt got to see Washington in it's summer glory. The drive was long thirteen hours. We decided to drive over night thinking this would making it easier with the girls. Matt had a hard time staying awake and I couldn't sleep. Emme got car sick at 5am. But when we finally got to my parents we were so happy to get out of the car.
We attacked their garden. My dad has tomatoes, onions, zucchini, carrots, beets (one of my favorite things), strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries. They also have tons of fruit trees. The girls loved to get apples.
