Growing Up

My daughter is in a hurry to grow and I am not sure if I am. Emme has always been trying to do things that the books would say she is too young for. She has always loved trying to stand up. Even being only a couple weeks old. And now as she is almost five months. She is trying to crawl and walk. She gets very angry when she can't crawl across the floor as she see the other babies do each Sunday. She watches everything they do and tries to imitiate them. The other day, we were in the grocery store. When I notice Emme keep leaning back as far and she could. She would just smile and keep laughing. My friend Amy has a little boy named Zac who loves to lean back as he is carried any where. (Sorry no pictures I forgot my camera)
Emme continues to try and crawl like the big kids. Then screams as she has figured out the leg actions but not her arms. However she has discovered how to wiggle backwards, turn around in a circle, and roll. But the most over joyous thing I have discovered this week about my smiling little sweet pea is that she can sit up now. A lot of people were shock and some didn't even believe me when I said it, but she can sit up on her own. Don't get me wrong she isn't an expert yet. She still falls over occasionally. But she is getting there. So it makes me wonder do I keep feeding her Level One Baby Food as the little gerber diagram tells me one is for supported sitter, two is for sitter and three is for crawler. So what do I feed her now? She is growing up to fast.

Sitting Up

She rolled over into my shoes, and she was at the beginning of the blanket and face right when she started.
